Reply to your order confirmation email
Attach both photos in a reply to the order confirmation email you received after checkout. That's it — your order number comes with it automatically, and we'll confirm receipt the same day.
How to pick photos we can make shine
Best results
- Natural light — near a window or outside
- Down at their eye level, face clearly visible
- Send the original file at full size — when your phone asks, choose "Actual Size"
- Both ears in frame — we paint what we can see
Please avoid
- Screenshots — they lose most of the detail
- Filters or heavy edits — we want their true colors
- Photos where the face is tiny or turned away
- Harsh flash in a dark room
